Athenaeum of Detroit – A public library

The purpose of this project was to add a Public Library near the Eastern Market in Detroit. A place to activate the Eastern Market on other days of the week while increasing helping the community grow. Giving the community a place of learning and community building activities would help foster an area of growth centered on the community there. The three main concepts were Community, Junction, and Gaia.
