Void

This project was about experimenting with Voids in a space. The project was a design for Graduate housing. The housing project revolved around this intimate public space. Where you would be in a public space but that provided smaller settings in between that allowed for a smaller group connection. It was driven by the idea of slowing down the pace of life and instead of taking a straight path down through the site with the public stairway to having a twisting and turning path that would distract the traveler to look at the surroundings and not focus on the destination but at the journey through the site.
